Stop debating priorities—get one north star and a 90-day plan

For founders and CEOs of B2B scale-ups (25–80 people). Two-day Snapshot, report in five working days. Fixed price. No RFP theatre.

15–20 minutes · No pitch · Fixed scope · Report in 5 business days · You decide what happens next.

Trailhead is Meridion’s founder-speed entry. Scaling past ~100 people and need AI in production? Ridge. Board-level narrative? Summit.

01

Who this is for

You're running a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled B2B company in the EU (e.g. DACH, CEE, Benelux). Post-seed or Series A — or profitable with growth. You've tried OKRs or "AI" and want it to work properly. You don't want another 6-month engagement or a 100-slide deck. You want to know what to do first and then decide.

02

The problem

OKRs are a checkbox

Written once, never reviewed, or abandoned. The board asks "what are your key results?" and the answer is vague.

Delivery is late or ad hoc

"We need to be more agile" has been said for a year but nothing stuck.

AI — where to start?

You want to use it where it saves or earns, but you don't know where to start or what will move margin or revenue.

You're the bottleneck

You don't have time to run it yourself, and you don't want to bet on a big consultancy.

03

What you get

A Snapshot: a 2-day deep dive (calls + review of your materials) that gives you one clear priority and a 90-day plan in 5 working days.

Where you are today

OKRs, delivery, and AI readiness — based on your context.

3–5 prioritised initiatives

Impact vs effort. What to do, in order.

One "do this first"

The single highest-leverage next step.

Recommended next step

e.g. 90-day program for one win, or retainer for ongoing guidance — or stop after the report.

You decide what to do next after you see the report. No obligation to continue.

04

How it works

  • You share context

1–2 calls and any materials that help (e.g. strategy, OKRs, roadmap, org).

  • I do the assessment

~12–16 hours over 2 days: map where you are and where the biggest leverage is (OKRs, delivery, AI). No generic deck; built from your company.

  • You get the report

Within 5 working days. 4–6 pages. One "do this first" and 3–5 priorities. Recommended next step.

  • You choose

Use it internally, take it to the board, or continue with a 90-day program or retainer. Or stop there.

You don't run the assessment. I do. You get the report.

05

The Snapshot in numbers

A bounded engagement so you can decide without a six-month retainer.

06

Why founders book Trailhead first

Clarity without a transformation programme.

You don’t run the assessment

Time

We absorb the context and do the structured thinking. You show up for focused conversations; we return a written view you can take to the board or your leads.

One “do this first”

Focus

Three to five initiatives ranked—but only one named first move so your team can align immediately instead of weighing twelve OKRs.

Honest next step

Meridion path

We may recommend Ridge, Summit, Rise, internal execution, or stopping after the report. The Snapshot is designed to make that fork obvious.

08

Risk reversal

Satisfaction safeguard: If the Snapshot doesn't give you at least 3 actionable priorities and one clear "do this first", I add a 1-hour follow-up call at no extra cost.
Fixed scope: You know exactly what you get (4–6 page report, 5 days) and what it costs. No open-ended discovery.
Small bet: If the report isn't useful, you're out €1,500–2,000, not 6 months of consultancy.
No long lock-in: Snapshot is one-off. Retainer (if you ever take it) is 3 months minimum, then 30 days' notice.

09

Why this way

Your context, not a generic deck. The Snapshot is built from your materials and your company. Output is tailored to you.
One priority, not a programme. You get one "do this first" and a plan. So you can align the team and show the board progress without a 6-month transformation.
You don't run it. I do the 2-day assessment. You get the report. Implementation (90-day or retainer) is optional and still bounded.
No RFP, no committee. One conversation, one yes. You sign. Fast.

10

Questions before you book

Snapshot timing, price, and what happens after the report.

What is a Snapshot in plain English?

Two focused days of calls and document review where we do the thinking—then a 4–6 page report within five working days with where you are, 3–5 prioritized initiatives, one clear "do this first," and a recommended next step. You choose whether to implement internally, continue with us, or stop.

How is Trailhead different from Ridge?

Trailhead is the smallest bet: clarity and a 90-day plan for founders and CEOs of ~25–80 person B2B teams. Ridge is an eight-week AI execution system for larger scaleups. If you are deciding what to do first, Trailhead is usually the right door.

Do I have to buy a follow-on program?

No. The Snapshot is intentionally a one-off. If you want a 90-day program or retainer after you read the report, we scope that separately.

What does €1.5K–2K include—and what does it not?

It includes the deep-dive time, synthesis, and written report on the agreed scope. It does not include ongoing implementation unless you purchase a follow-on. Prices are ex VAT for EU B2B.

What if the report does not feel actionable?

If you do not get at least three concrete priorities and one clear first move, we add a one-hour follow-up call at no extra cost—that is our satisfaction safeguard.
